White Plains, NY — A new Election Information Gathering Task Force has been established by Board Chairman Ben Boykin. The Task Force will obtain public input about the June 23 Primary Election and about pro-active steps that can be taken for the November 3 General Election. It will provide a report to the Board of Legislators by August 7, 2020.

White Plains, NY — The Westchester County Board of Legislators will convene a Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting in July to hear from the Commissioners of the County's Board of Elections about how to improve voting conditions in November in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

White Plains, NY — The Chairman of the Westchester County Board of Legislators, Ben Boykin, has been elected to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) General Alumni Association (GAA) Board of Directors. His term runs through May 2023. He is one of 24 directors and one of the nine directors to represent out-of-state alumni. He will serve on the Budget, Finance & Audit and the Athletic Advisory Committees.
