Public Hearing: Proposed Local Law authorizing Westchester County to enter into intermunicipal agreements with participating municipalities to install EV charging stations on municipally owned properties with the County contributing up to 50% of design, purchase, installation of costs of EV charging stations, less incentives, rebates and grants for a total amount aggregated not to exceed $5,000,000 dollars.
