More than 60 Northern Westchester residents slammed rising energy costs at the Westchester County Board of Legislators’ final New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG) Public Input Session at the Heritage Hills Activities Center on Tuesday night.

The Westchester County Board of Legislators approved measures to create summer work experience for young adults, expand employment services for people with mental illness, and acquire a Revolutionary War landmark at its meeting on Monday, September 29, 2025.

The Westchester County Board of Legislators, in collaboration with New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli and Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins, is pleased to announce the launch of a second year of the successful workshop program designed to help Westchester County residents, businesses, nonprofits, and religious institutions retrieve money that is rightly theirs.
