Chair Emeritus Benjamin Boykin Named President of NYSAC

White Plains, NY – The Westchester County Board of Legislators is pleased to announce the appointment of Chair Emeritus and Legislator Benjamin Boykin (White Plains, Scarsdale, and West Harrison) as the new President of the New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC).
