In recognition of November as Albanian-American Heritage Month, the Westchester County Board of Legislators will celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions of two individuals. The celebration will take place at the start of the Board’s regular meeting.

• Joe DioGuardi, First Albanian American Voting Member of the U.S. Congress
• Angjelina Nika, Albanian Folk Dancer and Choreographer
