  • Act authorizing the settlement of the lawsuit entitled United States of America, ex rel, Anti Discrimination Center of Metro New York, Inc. v. Westchester County, New York and bond act authorizing theCounty of Westchester to issue up to Thirty-Six Million ($36,000,000) Dollars in bonds to fund costs related to the settlement.
  • Resolution setting a Public Hearing on a Local Law amending the laws of Westchester County in relation to the forfeiture of vehicles operated by persons while under the influence of alcohol or drugs or while engaged in unlawful speed contests or races.
  • Resolution supporting an state’s Local Government Efficiency Program application for a $400,000 General Efficiency Planning Grant to finance the costs of developing a County-wide septic system database.
