committee ON public works, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR AND PARKS MEMBERS: Chair: J. Alvarado; Legislators: A. Stewart-Cousins, V. Pinto, B. Burton, J. Myers

IN ATTENDANCE: CEO: B. Randolph; BOL STAFF: B. Bochow, D. Toledo;

With a quorum present, the Committee on Public Works, Transportation, Labor & Parks was called to order at 3:30 pm.

(Burton, Pinto) to receive and file item 51a. Motion passed 4-0.

ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

(Pinto, Burton) move to send letters to the administration regarding the following items:

□ Resolution from the Town of Yorktown requesting the addition of 52 parcels of property into the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District;

□ Resolution from the Village of Port Chester requesting that 4 parcels be removed from the County Sewer District (Rockland Avenue);

□ Resolution from the Town of Cortlandt requesting that 27 parcels of property be returned into the Peekskill sanitary Sewer District (Jefferson Ridge);

□ Resolution from the Town of Cortlandt requesting that 1 parcel of property be returned into the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District (Croton Avenue);

□ Resolution from the Town of Cortlandt requesting that 5 parcels of property be returned into the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District (Laurie Road and Cynthia Roads).

Motion passed 5-0.

The Committee then agreed to send all Sewer District Modifications, for which letters have been sent to the Administration, to the Sewer District Modifications Tracking Sub-Folder.

There was then a discussion about a possible change in meeting time for the committee, but Chair Alvarado and the rest of the committee agreed to keep the regularly scheduled time of Tuesdays at 3:30 pm.

On a motion by Legislator Myers, seconded by Legislator the Committee on Public Works adjourned at 12:20 pm.
