O’LEARY RETROACTIVE MEMBERSHIP IN THE RETIREMENT SYSTEM
(Oros, Jenkins) move to request the enactment of Assembly Bill 7593/ Senate Bill 5985 to authorize John O’Leary to apply for retroactive membership in the New York State and Local employees’ retirement system.
Motion approved 10-0 (Abinanti, Rogowsky-without prejudice)
(Jenkins, Myers) Move to adjourn the Committee on Legislation. Motion passed 10-0
