With a quorum present, the Committee on Legislation was called to order at 1:38 p.m.

With a quorum present the Committee on Public Works, Transportation, Labor and Parks was called to order at 1:38 p.m.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY AIRPORT REGULATIONS
(Rogowsky, Myers) moved for Committee on Legislation (Burton, Pinto) moved for the Committee on Public Works, Transportation, Labor and Parks to adopt an act to update the rules and regulations for the Westchester County Airport.

Harry Stanton, Deputy Commissioner of Transportation, spoke about the need to pass the updated regulations. Mr. Stanton said it was important to clarify the jurisdiction and to be consistent with current federal regulations. Linda Trentacoste of the Law department discussed the distinction between adopting this by local law or by an act.

Motion approved by the Committee on Legislation 7-0
Motion approved by the Committee on Public Works, Transportation, Labor and Parks; 6-0.

(Jenkins, Pinto) motion to adjourn committee on Public Works, Transportation, Labor and Parks.

Motion to adjourn approved; 6-0. Committee on Public Works adjourned at 1:55 p.m.

Booting services to notify Police Departments
Legislator Rogowsky who introduced the legislation discussed the problems operators of booting services are facing and how this proposed law will better define notification requirements.

Mr. Williams, a booting service operator, discussed some of the difficulties with the current law.

(Maisano, Young) Move for all purposes.

(Myers, Burrows) Move to adjourn The Committee on Legislation. Motion passed 6-0.

Committee on Legislation adjourned at 2:12 P.M.
