With quorums present, the Committees on Budget & Appropriations and Housing, Planning & Government Operations were called to order at 10:08 a.m.
ITEM A13
An agreement between the County and the WCC Federation of Teachers on a four year contract which is in compliance with the Fair Employment Act and will commence on September 1, 2004 and end August 31, 2008.
For Budget: On the motion of Legislator LaMotte seconded by Legislator Stewart-Cousins, the item carried 9-0.
For Government Operations: On the motion of Legislator Pinto seconded by Legislator Spreckman, the item carried 5-0.
