Meeting called to order at 10:10am.
Discussion was held with local school representatives regarding Legislator Alvarado’s request to New York State lawmakers asking for an amendment to the No Child Left Behind Act as it relates to Limited English Proficiency (LEP) students.
Meeting adjourned at 11:00pm. Motion made by Legislator Pinto and seconded by Legislator Spreckman.
Action to be taken: A Resolution to be prepared on No Child Left Behind Act.
