COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Chair: Abinanti – Legislator: Oros
IN ATTENDANCE: BOL STAFF: Tara Bernard; CEO: Bill Randolph
TOPIC: Proposed Revisions to the Solid Waste Law
DISCUSSION:
Chair Abinanti called the meeting to order at 3:45pm.
Chair Abinanti and Legislator Oros briefly discussed the pending proposed revisions to the County’s Solid Waste Law.
Chair Abinanti expressed his intent to move this along as quickly as possible. He also expressed his intent to be thorough.
Chair Abinanti directed Mr. Randolph to have Bruce Berger (Solid Waste Commission) come in next week (August 9th) so that he can discuss the “definitions” section of the legislation with the committee members. He agreed.
At 4:10pm, Legislator Oros made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Chair Abinanti, all in favor – aye.
