Act modifying the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 1 parcel located in the Town of Cortlandt (Red Oak Trail).
On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Wishnie the item was carried. The vote was 4-0.
On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Wishnie the meeting adjourned at 10:20 am.
