Meeting called to order at 10:00 am.

On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Oros the minutes for February 14, 2005 were approved (3-0).

ITEMS DISCUSSED

BCR5A – Bond Act authorizing the issuance of $750,000 in bonds for Infrastructure Improvements

(2001-2005). (04/26/04 - Also referred to B&A and PSCJ) {Signed out of B&A and PSCJ on 06/01/04}

Tony Czarnecki, DOC, gave a brief presentation on the need for this funding.

On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Oros the item was carried. The vote was 3-0.

B014A – Bond Act authorizing the issuance of $200,000 in bonds to finance Exterior Infrastructure Repairs, White Plains Complex. (05/10/04 – Also referred to B&A) {Signed out of B&A on 08/02/04}

Commissioner Butler made a presentation on the need for funding this project.

On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Oros the item was carried. The vote was 3-0.

SY020 - Bond Act authorizing the issuance of $150,000 in bonds to finance Tarrytown Forcemain Replacement. (09/28/04 – also referred to B&A) {Signed out of B&A on 10/12/04}

Jim Morris made a brief presentation on the needs of the project.

On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Oros the item was carried. The vote was 3-0.

SPS02 - Bond Act authorizing the issuance of $3,000,000 in bonds to finance capital project: North Yonkers Pump Station Upgrade. (10/25/04 – also referred to B&A)

Jim Morris made a brief presentation on the needs of the project.

On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Oros the item was carried. The vote was 3-0.

On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Oros the meeting adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
