On the motion of Legislator Wishnie, seconded by Legislator Pinto the minutes for February 3, 2005 were approved (4-0).

56. COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Sewer District Modification: Act modifying the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 34 parcels located in the Town of Somers (Windsor Farms). (01/04/05 - also referred to B&A, CED, H)
On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Wishnie the item was carried. The vote was 4-0.
On the motion of Legislator Wishnie, seconded by Legislator Rogowsky the meeting adjourned at 11:22 a.m. (4-0).
