Item # 21 – Fiscal Impact Statement
Legislator Rogowsky would like to keep this item on the agenda for possible further discussion.
Item # 26 a-d – County Tax Code
A brief discussion was held. An amended local law will be placed in Committee. A meeting with County Tax Receivers is being planned for October 18, 2004.
Item #42 – Underage Smoking
This is an item that could be considered for the 2005 Joint State Legislative Package.
Item # 51 – Personal Information for Voter Rules
Legislator Rogowsky made a motion to receive and file Item # 51 and it was seconded by Legislator Pinto. The motion was carried by a vote of 6-0.
Item # 55 – Medicaid
This item will remain on the agenda for possible further discussion.
Item # 62 – Overburden Aid
Legislator Rogowsky made a motion to receive and file Item # 62 and it was seconded by Legislator Abinanti. The motion was carried by a vote of 6-0.
Item # 63 a & b – Medicaid
These two items will remain for possible further discussion.
There was a brief discussion on upcoming meetings.
On motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Mosiello, the meeting was adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
