Chair Rogowsky Called the meeting to order at 1:28 P.M.

A motion was made by Legislator Oros to pass the 2005 Legislative Package. Legislator Bronz made a Second. The motion passed 6-0.

A motion was made by Legislator Oros to pass a resolution against ending state and local tax deductions. A Second was made by legislator Abinanti. The motion passed 6-0.

A motion to adjourn was made by Legislator Pinto and a Second was made by Legislator Abinanti. The meeting was adjourned at 1:33 P.M.
