DISCUSSION:
Resolution urging Congressional Delegation to introduce and ensure passage of legislation ending the ability of states to pass Medicaid costs to local government. Resolution signed out by committee – Vote 3 – 0.
Same Resolution also referred to Legislation and is due to be signed out in their committee on March 21, 2005.
The Committee on Intergovernmental Relations adjourned at 7:05 PM
