TOPIC: Healthy Air Task Force Report
DISCUSSION:
Chair Abinanti called the meeting to order at 3:40pm.
Legislator Rogowsky wants to meet jointly.
Legislator Rogowsky was wondering would home heating oil be significantly more expensive.
Legislator Abinanti will ask Steve Levy what the fiscal impact would be.
The current engine idling regulation is five (5) minutes. Recommended time will be three (3) minutes.
Legislator Abinanti will have it all ready to go on the May 23 meeting joint with legislation.
At 4:15pm, Legislator Kaplowitz made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Chair Abinanti, all in favor – aye.
