TOPIC: Healthy Air Task Force Report
DISCUSSION:
Chair Abinanti called the meeting to order at 3:30pm.
Legislator Maisano pointed out that the planning board laws were allowed to stay the same while the other in state laws had to change. Westchester didn’t because the planning laws are in the state charter.
Legislator Abinanti wants to recap three pieces of legislation
At 4:35pm, Legislator Rogowsky made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Legislator Kaplowitz , all in favor – aye.
