DISCUSSION:
Chair Abinanti was involuntarily detained in Miami, FL and asked that Legislator Kaplowitz chair today’s meeting.
Chair Kaplowitz called the meeting to order at 6:46pm. With Legislator Ryan being the only other committee member present, Chair Kaplowitz noted that there was no quorum. Therefore, at 6:47pm, Chair Kaplowitz made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Legislator Ryan.
