18. (05/09/05) Sewer District Modification: Act modifying the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 1 parcel located in the Town of Cortlandt (1 Red Oak Trail).
On the motion of Legislator Bronz, seconded by Legislator Pinto the item was carried. The vote was 4-0.
On the motion of Legislator Pinto, seconded by Legislator Alvarado the meeting adjourned at 9:48 a.m.
