The meeting convened at 12:20 PM.
MINUTES:
On motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Pinto, the minutes of 2/17/04 were approved by a vote of (3-0).
Re-Appointment to the Board of Health:
The Committee discussed the reappointment of Douglas G. Aspros to the Westchester County Board of Health. Legislator Pinto noted that this measure would correct the date Dr. Aspros’ term expires. Dr. Aspros’ term will expire on December 31, 2009.
On the motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator William Ryan, the motion was approved unanimously by a vote of (4-0).
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 12:35 P.M.
