Domestic Violence Council
On the motion of Legislator Astorino, seconded by Legislator Ryan, the motion to approve the reappointment of Ann E. Ellsworth to the Domestic Violence Council was approved (4-0)
Fire Advisory Board
On the motion of Legislator Ryan, seconded by Legislator Astorino, the motion to approve the appointment of the following members to the Fire Advisory Board was approved (4-0)
Appointment of Richard L. Lyman: Term to expire 12/31/05
Appointment of Vincent Spadaro: Term to expire 12/31/05
Appointment of Keith E. Fennelly: Term to expire 12/31/05
Appointment of Al J. Everett: Term to expire 12/31/06
On the motion of Robert Astorino, seconded by Legislator Ryan the
Reappointment of Anthony Bosco to the Fire Advisory Board was approved (4-0)
Hispanic Advisory Board
On the motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Astorino, the motion to approve the appointment of Vivian Sebastian to the Hispanic Advisory Board with the Term to expire 12/31/05 was approved (4-0)
Human Right Commission
On the motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Ryan, the motion to approve the reappointment of Eugene Conroy to the Human Rights Commission was approved (3-0)
Soil and Water Conservation Board
On the motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Ryan, the motion to approve the reappointment of the following members to the Soil and Water Conservation Board was approved (4-0)
Reappointment of Carol Coggeshall as a member Term expiring 12/31/06
Reappointment of Paula J. Lebowitz, Esq. as a member Term expiring 12/31/05

Women’s Advisory Board
On the motion of Legislator Astorino, seconded by Legislator Ryan, the motion to approve the appointments of the following members to the Women’s Advisory Board was approved (4-0)
Appointment of Freda Macon as an at-large member: Term to expire 12/31/06
Appointment of Barbara Jaffe as an at-large member: Term to expire 12/31/05
Appointment of Lottie Harris(Dist. 5) as a member: Term to expire 12/31/05
Appointment of the Hon. Marion Sinek as an at-large member: Term to expire 12/31/05
Tourist Promotion Agency
On the motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Ryan, the motion to approve the resolution designating the Westchester County Office of Tourism as the “Tourist Promotion Agency” for Westchester County for 2004/2005 was approved (4-0)

On the motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Ryan, the motion to approve the designation of deputies – designating Nancy Travers as First Deputy Commissioner in the Department of Social Services was approved (4-0)
