MINUTES:
On motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Stewart-Cousins, the minutes for 1/26/04 and 2/02/04 were approved by a (3-0) vote.
The meeting convened at 3:25 PM.
Re-Appointments to the Board of Ethics:
The Committee discussed the reappointment of the following members to the Board of Ethics:
Jeffrey A. Cohen: for the term January 1, 2004 – December 31, 2006
Vincent A. DeIorio: for the term January 1, 2004 – December 31, 2006
Lawrence B. Eichler: for the term January 1, 2004 – December 31, 2006
Legislator Latimer noted that in order to stagger the appointments properly, the next set of reappointments or appointments to the Board of Ethics would require that their terms expire in 2007 and 2008.
On the motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Stewart-Cousins the motion was approved unanimously by a vote of 3-0.
Re-Appointments to the Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board:
The Committee discussed the reappointment of the following members to the County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board:
William S. Greenawalt: for the term January 1, 2004 – December 31, 2006
Jeremiah J. Jerome: for the term January 1, 2004 – December 31, 2006
On the motion of Legislator Latimer, seconded by Legislator Stewart-Cousins the motion was approved unanimously by a vote of 3-0.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 3:45 P.M.
