With a quorum present, the Committee on Community Affairs was called to order at 10:32 a.m.
A discussion occurred about the $85,000 Bond Act for the WCC Satellite Space/Technology. It was decided the item needs to be reconfigured and combined with the $429,000 Bond Act for WCC technology and held for a future meeting.

RESOLUTION ON CDBG PROGRAM
(Bronz, Alvarado) move to resolve that U.S. Congress preserve the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program within the Department of Housing and Urban Development and provide a FY 2006 funding of at least $4.7 billion overall, with no less than $4.35 billion in formula funding
Motion passed 8-0.
(Wishnie, Myers) Moved to adjourn Budget and Appropriations. Motion carried 7-0.
