With a quorum present, the Committee on Budget and Appropriations was called to order at 3:55 p.m.

ITEM A27
A Local Law: 1) amending program documents; 2) executing a MOU with the Dormitory Authority and NYS Unified Court System; 3) increasing the authorization for the payment Base Rent all in regards to the Courthouse Reconstruction Project.

Sue Gerry (Law) explained the legislation bullet points the amended agreement as 1-3 are based on the pre-negotiated term sheet. There will be no addition action requested on the part of the Board of Legislators.

Ms. Gerry fielded several questions and concerns raised by members.

A copy of the court house floor plan was requested.

On the motion of Legislator Wishnie, seconded by Legislator Bronz the item carried 8-0. Legislators Mosiello, Oros voted without prejudice.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 4:45 pm.
