At 9:15 The Department of Public Works made a presentation of the 2005 Capital Projects Program. Legislators followed with questions for department heads.
With a quorum present, the Committee on Budget and Appropriations was called to order at 10:24 a.m.
(Wishnie, Rogowsky) moved to set the rules and dates for the public hearing for the 2005 County Operating Budget.

ITEM A20 & A21
(Wishnie, Bronz) moved for the Budget & Appropriations committee to amended an IMA with the City of New Rochelle for prisoner transportation services and an IMA with the City of Peekskill for prisoner transportation services.
Motion approved 8-0
ITEM A17
(LaMotte, Rogowsky) moved an act to authorize the acquisition of easments from the Sutton Manor Association for the installation of equiptment.
Motion approved 7-0 (Mosiello out)
ITEM C80
(Wishnie, Ryan) $8,885,000 in bonds for expansion and renovation of the forensic science laboratories to provide additional space for regulatory compliance and greater use of DNA technology.
Motion approved 7-0 (Mosiello out; Kaplowitz, LaMotte WOP)
(Wishnie, Oros) moved to adjourn.
